Ukrainian tennis player Katarina Zavatskaya (WTA 419) will play in the main grid of Harde tournament WTA 125 in the Chinese city of Jinan.
On October 13, Katarina won two qualifications matches. In the first round, the Ukrainian coped with Ion (South Korea, WTA 298), and in the decisive match of selection won in the “neutral” of Ekaterina Ovcharenko (WTA 437).
For two duels, Zavatska played six sets and spent more than 4.5 hours on the court.
Katarina will play for the first time in 2025 in the main grid of competitions WTA 125. Its rival in the 1/16 finals will be Wei Sitsya (China, WTA 195). The meeting will take place on October 14 and will begin approximately at 10:30 in Kiev.
