Yastremska lost the 1/8 final match of the WTA 500 doubles tournament in Abu Dhabi

Ukrainian tennis player Diana Yastremska finished the doubles of the WTA 500 hard tournament in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

In the first round, the Ukrainian and her partner Teodora Kostovych (Serbia) lost the tandem in two sets Ekaterina Alexandrova / Maya Joynt (Australia) in 57 minutes.

Yastremska and Kostovych played a match in one pair for the first time.

Alexandrova and Joynt will meet the third-seeded duo of Ellen Peres (Australia) / Demi Schuers (Netherlands) in the quarterfinals of the competition.

On February 2, Yastremska won the opening match of the five-hundred-year-old in singles. Dayana defeated Beatrice Haddad Maia and in the 1/8 finals she will fight against Aleksandrova, who is seeded at number two.
