On January 7, Hajar entered the match of the 1/16 finals of the ITF W35 clay tournament in Nairobi (Kenya) against Lorena Schedel (Germany, WTA 1026) and lost with the score 0:6, 0:6 in 37 minutes.
It wouldn’t matter, but Hajar absolutely does not know how to play tennis – her so-called “game” can be compared to the game of a tennis player who first picked up a racket.
For the match, Khajar managed to take only three points, two of which were thanks to Shedel’s double mistakes. Abdelkader herself made 20 doubles.
How did Abdelkader get into the main grid of 35,000? The organizers gave her a wild card. It was her first professional match in her career, and the ITF website states that she has been playing tennis since she was 14 years old.
