April 21 Latvian tennis player Alona Ostapenko Oina Sobolenko overwhelmed in the WTA 500 soil tournament in Stuttgart, Germany.
Ostapenko won with a score of 6: 4, 6: 1 in 1 hour and 26 minutes.
For Alyona, this trophy became ninth in his career and the first in 2025. Also, Ostapenko now has two soil titles. The first was Rolan Harros in 2017.
Ostapenko will return to the TOP-20 WTA ranking. And Sobolenko suffered the fourth defeat in Stuttgart’s finals over the last five years.
