The first racket of the world Yannick Sinner became the winner of the ATP 2024 Final Tournament in Turin, Italy.

In the final, the leader of the world ranking beat the American in two sets Taylor Fritz (USA, ATP 5) in 1 hour and 23 minutes.

This was the fifth meeting between the rivals. Sinner won the fourth head-to-head match.

Sinner won all five matches at the ATP Finals and never dropped a set. He became the first player since 1986 not to drop a set en route to the trophy. Yannick will receive increased prize money for the title – $4,881,500.

It is interesting that Sinner and Fritz also played on Pidsumkovo in the group. Yannik then beat the American with an identical score – 6:4, 6:4.

Sinner played in the ATP Finals for the second time in his career and won his first trophy. In 2023, he lost to Novak Djokovic in a decisive match.

In 2024, the Italian won 70 victories. This season, 23-year-old Yannyk has eight titles to his credit, and already 18 in his career.
