Kitchenok sisters will perform in one pair. In 2026, Lyudmila and Nadiya played together at the pentathlon in Brisbane, where they reached the semi-finals. At the start of the competition in Abu Dhabi, Kichenok will compete against the second seeds Cristina Bukshi (Spain) and Zhang Shuai (China). The meeting will take place on February 3.
Yastremska stated together with the representative of Serbia, Teodora Kostovych. Diana and Teodora received a wild card from the organizers. In the first round of the tournament, they will face the duet of Ekaterina Aleksandrova / Maya Joynt (Australia). Previously, Yastremska had never played together with Kostovych, however, neither had Joint with Aleksandrova.
On February 2, Dayana will hold a round of 16 singles match against Beatrice Haddad Maia (starting approximately at 1:45 p.m.). And already at approximately 16:30 Yastremska has to play a doubles game.
