Starodubtseva failed to overcome last year’s finalist in the 3rd circle Rolan Garros

Ukrainian tennis player Yulia Starodubtseva (WTA 81) completed the performances at the Open Championship of France 2025.

In the third round, Ukrainian in two sets gave way to the fourth racket of the world and last year’s finalist Jasmine Paolini (Italy, WTA 4) in 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Starodubtseva first conducted an eye confrontation against Paolini. Julia also played a tennis player with the TOP-5 WTA ranking for the first time in her career.

For Julia, it was the first third circle match at the Grand Slam. Starodubtseva started on Rolan Garros from qualification, where she lost in the final round, but got into the main meshion grid in the status of lacquer-branch.
