Ninth number of the ATP rating Alex de Minaur proposed to a British tennis player Kathy Boulterwhich is the 24th racket of the world.

The couple announced this on their social networks, publishing a joint photo:

“We kept a little secret… 🤭,” the publication was signed.

Interestingly, in 2024, they won trophies twice in the same week. In March, Boulter won the title in San Diego, Alex – in Acapulco. And in June, Katie became the winner in Nottingham, and de Minaur became the champion in Hertogenbosch.

In addition to the engagement, Alex and Katie held a joint training session on the courts of Sydney on December 23, where from December 27 they will participate for their national teams at the United Cup: Katie will play for the Great Britain team, and Alex will play for Australia. Great Britain and Australia have been drawn into the same group and will face each other on January 1.
