Ukrainian tennis player Lyudmila Kichenok will play mixed doubles at the 2025 Australian Open.
Lyudmila will perform in one pair together with the Frenchman Sadio Doumbia. In the round of 16, the Ukrainian woman and her partner will take the court against the third-seeded tandem Ellen Peres (Australia) / Kevin Kravitz (Germany).
Lyudmila and Sadio played in the same duet only once before. At the US Open 2024, the Ukrainian and French lost to Ellen Perez and Sander Gillet in the 1st round.
Kichenok is the only representative of Ukraine who will play in the mixed team at the Australian major.
On January 14, Lyudmila, together with Zhan Haoqing, successfully started in the doubles at Aus Open 2025.
