Oliynikova held a second head-to-head match against Papamikhail and won the second time.
Alexandra in Tucuman, in addition to Despina, also passed Alicia Herrero Lignano, Jessica Pieri and Solana Sierra.
In the decisive match, Oliynikova will compete against the third-seeded Mayar Sherif, who defeated Simona Waltert in the semifinals.
