Minus two Ukrainian women. All participants of the 1/8 finals of the tournament in Brisbane have been determined

At the WTA 500 hard tournament in Brisbane (Australia), all the matches of the 1/16 finals were completed and the pairs of the 3rd round were determined.

According to the results of the matches of the second round, two Ukrainian tennis players were eliminated from the competition: Marta Kostyuk and Dayana Yastremska.

Kostiuk lost to Yuan Yue in the round of 16, and Yastremska lost to Anastasia Potapova.

In Brisbane, Angelina Kalinin will continue to represent Ukraine, who has already managed to overcome Van Yafan and Diana Schneider.

All games of the 1/8 finals will take place on January 2. Kalinin will meet with the abuser Kostyuk Yuan Yue.
