Ukrainian tennis player Angelina Kalinina (WTA 68) learned the first rival at the WTA 500 soil tournament in Charlton, USA.
In the 1st round, a Ukrainian will play against Katie McNally (USA, WTA 222) that has overcome the qualification. McNalli in the selection was held by Arina Rodion and Claire Liu.
Previously, Angelina and Katie only played each other once. In 2020, in the quarterfinals of ITF competitions in Midland, Ukrainian Kalinina won with a score of 2: 6, 6: 3, 6: 4.
The winner of the confrontation in the 1/16 finals will meet with 14 Siyana Anna Kalinskaya.
Kalinina and McNalli will reach the court on March 31 not earlier than 7:30 pm in Kiev.
