Iga Svyontek (WTA 2) finished the 2024 season with five titles and became the fifth player in the history of the Open Era to finish the season as the leader in the number of titles won for three consecutive years or more.

A similar achievement was previously achieved only by legends: Chris Evert (USA), who dominated from 1974 to 1977, Martina Navratilova (Czech Republic) (1978-1986), Steffi Graf (Germany) (1987-1990) and Serena Williams (USA) (2012-2015).

In 2022, Swiontek won eight WTA tournaments, and in 2023, she has six singles titles to her credit.
