Rapid progress
“Now I am sure that I feel like a completely different player. Personally, I think he has grown in the last year. It is a merit of all the work done and those people who have been with me throughout the path – both in difficult moments and in periods of success. I became much more confident – physically than a tennis player and psychologically. I feel the change in everything. But I still think I can add in many aspects. I’m far from where I want to be like a player. I always strive for progress. ”
Pressure increase
“I am definitely trying to abstract. At home I look Netflix, try to sleep and recover the best. When I am here or in training, it is fully focused on the target, but outside the court I try to shut off from everything to have maximum energy for new performances the next day, because tennis is a sport of recovery. We should be able to teach daily, and therefore it is important to be able to switch. ”
Breathing trainer
“It turned out to be important to me, because the smallest details, minimal percentages, decide in tennis. I started working with a woman named Anne Coxhead – she has extensive experience in the field of breathing practices, she collaborated with different sports, participated in different projects. She thought it could help me at the court. Working with her proved to be invaluable. It has brought great benefit to my tennis. I still continue to work on this, but without a doubt, my physical condition and general well -being on the court have improved significantly. ”
