Djokovic ran into the FITP president. Will Novak play in the final tournament

Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic (ATP 6) qualified for the 2025 ATP Final Tournament, which will be held in Turin from November 9 to 16, but it is not a fact that he will play in the final competition of the year.

Last year, Novak also withdrew from the ATP Finals, although he received a ticket there. This season, the Serb has not yet confirmed his participation in the Final.

On November 3, the president of the Italian Tennis Federation (FITP), Angelo Binagi, announced that Novak would still come to Turin:

“We have confirmation that Djokovic will play in Turin next week. The event promises to be exciting, because it will also be decisive for determining the first racket of the world.”

After defeating Alejandro Tabilo in the round of 16 of the ATP 250 tournament in Athens, Novak responded to Binagi:

“I don’t know where he got this information from. Certainly not from me or my team. I will make a decision after the tournament in Athens.”

Djokovic became the ATP Finals champion seven times during his career. In the quarterfinals of the competition in Athens, Novak will compete against Noon Borges.
