Ukrainian tennis player Elina Svitolina (WTA 24) learned the first rival at the WTA 500 tournament in Linza (Austria), which is performed on hardeling indoors.
In the 1/8 finals, the Ukrainian will play against Anna Blinka’s “neutral” (WTA 83), which was held in the 1st round (Austria, WTA 220).

Svitolina and Blinka have previously played twice. In 2023, Elina first beat the Russian in the finale of the soil tournament in Strasbourg, and then – in the 1/16 finals, Rolan Garros.
