In his childhood, Jurgen managed to play clubs such as “Glatten”, “Ergencinzen”, “Pfortzheim”, “Eintracht II”, “Victoria Zinglingen” and “Roth-Waiss Frankfurt”. Jurgen himself was a great fan of German “Stuttgart”. When choosing a doctor’s career and a football player, the German chose the second option because he believed that in the first case he would not have enough skills.
Most of his professional career of the player Klopp was part of the Mainz 05 club, where he first played for forward positions and then went to the defense center. In total, Jurgen scored 56 goals in Mainza, becoming a record club scorer.

The 2019/20 season was sensational for Liverpool: the team won the championship for the first time in a long time, and the German was called the Premier League trainer.

After the outstanding period in England, Jurgen announced on January 26, 2024 that he would leave the post of Liverpool head coach at the end of the season, as he needed a holiday from coaching.
