Life path and trace in sports Igor Prysyazhnyuk was born on January 11, 1977 in Vinnitsa. Igor also remained elder brother Vladimir.
In 1995, Igor went to conscript service in the border troops of Ukraine, and after its graduation became a serviceman of the contract service of the Odessa separate aviation squadron, having accepted the position of platoon equipment. In the army, Prysyazhnyuk actively engaged in rowing on the canoe.
In general, Igor is a pupil of the Specialized Children and Youth School of the Olympic Olympic Champion Yulia Ryabchinskaya in Vinnitsa. In the army of Prysyazhnyuk, they were appointed a trainer of the sports team of the State Border Guard Service, and later a sports instructor of the sports team of the Southern Regional Directorate of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. For his career, Igor reached the title of master of sports, was a multiple champion of Ukraine (1000 and 5000 meters), in 2012 he performed at the World Championships on rowing marathon in Rome. In 2013, Igor Prysyazhnyuk participated in the World Games in Nelympic Sports in Kali (Columbia).
In 2013, together with his family, Igor returned from Odessa to his hometown, serves in the Vinnytsia Border Guard Department as a communication section.
The wife is Alla Prysyazhnyuk, also kayak and canoe row. The family raised the son of Maxim in 2010.
Combat experience and death After the invasion of katsaps, Igor served in the Donetsk region in the border service. At that time he had the title of senior ensign.
Igor Prysyazhnyuk died on August 7, 2014 in the village of Yessaulivka, Rovenkivskyi district in Luhansk region during an organized breakthrough from the environment in the Dovzhan boiler (sector D) to connect with the main forces after 22-day heroic defense of the state border under the permanent healing. Ukrainian soldiers with battles went to the Savur-Mogila and Amvrosiivka area. The breakthrough lasted three days. Igor’s detachment defended Dovzhansky checkpoint. During the exit from the environment between 9 and 10 hours, a heavy fire was opened from the column from the Grad RSSU from the territory of Russia. Igor was traveling in the UAZ car, next to which the projectile broke, the car broke out and exploded. One survivor border guard saw that Igor had remained in a burning machine. For a long time, Igor was on the missing list.
In the same battle, soldiers Viktor Kumanovsky and Vitaliy Ptitsyn were killed. The warriors were temporarily buried in the mass grave in the field near the village of Yessaulivka by a local priest who later informed the Ukrainian authorities about the burial. On November 23, 2014, the burial was found by the search group “Black Tulip”, exhumed six more fighters, border guards and cadets of the Orshansky Training Center.
Honoring After the identification of the results of the expertise Igor Prysyazhnyuk was buried on January 31, 2015 at the Walk of Glory of the Central Cemetery of Vinnitsa.
On April 9, 2015, for personal courage and heroism, revealed in the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, loyalty to the military oath during the Russian-Ukrainian War Igor was awarded the Order of Courage of III degree (posthumously).
On November 10, 2016, a memorial complex in honor of border guards who died in the Donbass in battles with separatists and Russian mercenaries was solemnly opened on the territory of Mogilev-Podilskyi border detachment.
In December 2016, Igor Prysyazhnyuk Street appeared in Vinnitsa.
On September 9 -10, 2020, a personal championship of Ukraine on kayaks and canoe was held in Vinnitsa, which was dedicated to the dead border guard Igor Prysyazhnyuk.
