Trace in sports Vitaliy Lisun was born on June 18, 1978 in Kiev. Water polo has been engaged in the early years. His highest achievement as a player was the gold of the Ukrainian 2001 Championship of Ukraine 2001 as part of Dynamo Kyiv. At that time, Vitaliy was only 23 years old. After completing his player career, Vitaliy remained in the water polo-he became a judge of the national category, trained children at the Dynamo Municipal Children and Youth School in Kiev, held the post of state coach with Waterpolo of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Secretary of the Federation of Water Polo Ukraine.
Combat path and death In the first days of a full -scale invasion of katsaps in Ukraine, the forest voluntarily went to the military enlistment office and joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He passed military exercises first abroad and then went to the front. The army had a call sign.
A soldier of the 1129th anti-aircraft missile regiment Vitaliy Lisun was killed on July 16, 2022, during the performance of a combat mission in the area of the building of the Glukhiv city community of Shostka district in Sumy region.

Honoring The warrior was buried on July 18, 2022 at the Berkovetsky Cemetery of Kyiv.
On January 25, 2024, the President of Ukraine posthumously awarded Vitaliy Lisun Order “For Courage” of III degree.
