Volleyball World Cup. The owners were defeated in the starting match

Today, September 12 in the Philippines started World Championship Volleyball. In the first duel met Tunisia team and the hosts of the competition, Philippines national team.

The African team from the first draws took the initiative and was already at the start of the first set with a score of 12: 1. Such a jerk actually removed the question of the winner of the party, which the Tunisians brought to a convincing result 25:13. In the second set, the script was similar: Tunisia won the start of the match and again confidently completed the party – 25:17.

Only in the third set the owners managed to resist more serious resistance. By the middle of the set, the score remained equal, but at the decisive moments the Tunisia national team again took the game under control. Due to the better implementation of attacks and greater coherence on the site, Africans won the third party, closing the match with a “dry” score.

The most successful player of the match was the captain of the owners of the tournament Brian Bagunas, who scored 23 points (20 in the attack, 1 on the block and 2 Aisa). The winners were the leader of the Ussam Ben Romdhan with 17 points (15 in attack and 2 on the block).
