President of the Ukrainian Football Association Andriy Shevchenko visited the location of the national team of Ukraine and awarded three football players with individual awards.
The first two gifts were given to Ivan Kalyuzhny (“Metalist 1925”) and Oleg Ocheretka (“Shakhtar”), for the first goal scored as part of the national team.
Nazar Voloshyn (Dynamo) became the third football player awarded by Shevchenko. He was honored for his debut in the national team, which took place in September against France (0:2).
We will remind that on November 16, the national team of Ukraine will play the decisive match of the qualification of the World Cup. The Ukrainian team will meet Iceland at the “Legia” stadium in Warsaw, where the fate of the second place in the group will be played out.
