Ukrainians performed excellently at the taekwondo competition in Thessaloniki

The national team of Ukraine performed successfully taekwondo ITF at the World King of Taekwondo international competition held in the Greek city of Thessaloniki.

Ukrainian athletes took first team place among 104 teams and second place among 17 participating countries.

1,300 participants competed for the tournament awards, 23 of them represented Ukraine.

🥈 Silver: Amir Umargadzhiev (sparring, 12-13-year-old boys up to 55 kg), Yuliya Borysenko (tul, younger juniors 14-15 years old), Diana Sinyova (sparring, younger juniors 14-15 years old up to 50 kg).

🥉 Bronze: Kira Kholyavchuk (sparring, young men aged 12–13 up to 40 kg), Darya Puzyryova (sparring, younger juniors aged 14–15 up to 55 kg), Yehor Bugayenko (tul, juniors aged 16–17 1 see), Ilya Popov (sparring, juniors 16-17 +75 kg), Dmytro Pilinkevich (sparring, adults 18-34 up to 92 kg).
