Based on the results of 8 rounds, the judges determined the winner by points – Jake Paul became him: 80–72, 79–73, 79–73.
Mike Tyson’s trainer Rafael Cordeiro commented on the defeat of the legendary boxer.
“Before the fight, I believed that Mike would win, because he never gives up. We have been preparing for this fight for seven whole months. Mike is a people’s champion who inspires many people. He will now return home to his family,” Cordeiro said.
