But supporters have found even more reason to be excited following the broadcaster’s latest announcement.
Sky Sports have confirmed their new Prem theme tune will be a reworked version of G.O.A.T by Kasabian, featuring Cristale.
The new song will be in place throughout the 2025/26 campaign, which begins with Sky Sports’ Friday Night Football clash between Liverpool and Bournemouth.
Fans are thrilled with the change and have voiced their approval.
One reacted saying: “Kasabian being used as the Sky Premier League intro again, whisper it quietly but this country may be back.”
Another added: “Kasabian back in the Premier League on Sky. This country might be back.”
A third wrote: “Kasabian back too, huge news for the Barclays Premier League.”
And another commented: “Kasabian on the titles we are so back.”
