Shroud will hold a charity streaming marathon / Photo – ShroudOne of the world’s biggest streamers and eSports player from Counter-Strike and Valorant, Michael Shroud Grzezik, has announced a charity stream marathon, where he and his friends will donate to a cancer research fund for every frag in Valorant.On his page X (formerly Twitter), Shroud said that he lost his father to cancer last year, so he wants to help people who are in a similar situation.
The marathon will continue throughout January, for every frag in the game, Michael and his teammates will send one dollar to the St. Jude Children’s Research Center in Memphis. Also, 100% of income from paid subscriptions and donations on streams will go to the same place:
“I hope you’ll join me in January to help raise money for a great cause in the most gamer way possible.”
Michael ended the announcement with a touching moment from his old stream, where his father came into his room and thanked all the viewers for supporting his son.
