“Nikita Tatarkov said that nowadays football players play for those clubs that give them bookings”, — write: sport.ua
‒ Where do you see your career next?
‒ There was a break for half a year, we need to get in shape. I want to be in a team with tasks, and not to win one game in a month and score one goal. I hope that it will be possible to find such an option. There is a strong desire to play, so even an ambitious First League team will not be a problem. I was already bored without football.
‒ Many football players are currently unemployed. How difficult is it to find a team under martial law?
‒ It is very difficult, because the logic of the clubs is that if a football player cannot leave because of the war, he must agree to any conditions. There is no special choice like before. Without a reservation, there are problems with finding a team. UPL-level players now play in League Two or regionally just because they’ve been booked.
‒ Did you have any proposals at the regional or amateur level?
‒ They offered to play for the region and in the Second League, I refused. I hoped that some option would appear. I did not want to shine at such a level, because then there may be problems with finding a team. But these were not direct offers, but simply asked if I wanted to. I answered: “No,” said Tatarkov.
Previously, Mykyta Tatarkov named the worst city where he had to live, recalling the period of performances for Soligorsk Shakhtar, for which he played in 2019.
