The draw will take place on October 24 in Lithuanian Kaunas.

The UEFA draws political circumstances: Ukraine and Belarus will not be reduced into one group. It is also known that the three host countries of the championship will receive fixed places in quartets-Latvia will play in group A, Lithuania-in group B, and Slovenia-in Group C.
