Football player of the national team of Ukraine and “Shakhtar” Yukhym Konoplya last summer had offers to change the club.
According to Viktor Vatsk, the Ukrainian player was offered a contract by “Valencia” last summer, but the “miners” failed to reach an agreement with one of the most successful clubs in La Liga.
Konoplya is a graduate of the Shakhtar Academy and since 2021 he has regularly played for the team’s main team. During this period, the defender played 106 matches in all competitions, scored 7 goals and registered 15 assists, establishing himself as one of the leading performers on the wing.
Earlier there was information that Konoplia decided not to link his future with Shakhtar and to sign a new contract.
