The seven-time champion of France completed the signing of the forward of the Ukrainian national team

One of the most titled clubs in France – “Lyon» – closed all questions regarding the transfer of the forward of the national team of Ukraine Roman Yaremchuk. This was reported by the authoritative publication Footmercato.

The experienced 30-year-old football player successfully passed a medical examination and will officially join the seven-time champion of the country in the near future. The contract of the Ukrainian belongs to the Greek “Olympiakos” and runs until June 2028.

The parties agreed on a six-month lease with an optional buyout option – this approach will allow Lyon to avoid risks and assess the forward’s form after the end of the current season.

If the French club decides to arrange a full-fledged transfer of Yaremchuk, they will have to pay four million euros.

In the current season, Yaremchuk played 16 matches at the club level, in which he scored four goals and provided one assist. The player’s transfer fee is 2.5 million euros.
