After the first independent report, which found anomalies in the video Var, the organization Senales de Humo, connected with the fans of Atletico, prepared a second report confirming the previous conclusions. In the forensic analysis, which was published by Mundo Deportvo, states:
“There are no key metadata in the audited video file that confirm its authenticity. There is neither hesh nor cryptographic signature. Technical parameters do not meet the standards commonly used by VAR. From a technical point of view, it is impossible to confirm that this is the original VAR record. On the contrary, the analysis does not rule out that the video has been mounted and changed compared to the original. ”
In addition, the second conclusion states that the moment at which the penalty was canceled – that is, allegedly double -to -touch Alvarez – does not confirm the video: “In the case of a bondage analysis, no movement of the ball is observed, which would testify to contact with the left foot before the right. That is, there is no proof that the player touched the ball with both feet – at the same time or consistently. ”
Earlier, UEFA published a video to explain the decision of Refeer Shimon Martsynyak, assuring that it was viewed in the VAR room. However, experts pay attention to the fact that the VAR decision was made in less than a minute – suspiciously, compared to other controversial moments.
The first report, which was spread by the International Union of Athletic Fan Club, received wide publicity among fans and media. The new SEñales de Humo report only increases the pressure on UEFA. The full document is expected to be published in the coming days, and the scandal may have further legal and reputational consequences for the UEFA.
