Argentine Javier Mascherano, a famous football player in the past, signed a contract with the team until 2027.
Of particular note is the fact that Mascherano will coach a club that includes his former teammates from Barcelona: Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets. In addition, Ukrainian defender Serhiy Kryvtsov plays in the team.
However, the fact of the restoration of the Argentinian duo Messi-Mascherano is the most interesting. Together as part of the Catalan team, they scored 693 goals (of which 692 belong to Lionel).
