The Ukrainian Premier League summarized the voting among fans for the best player and league trainer in May. The survey lasted from May 31 to June 3 inclusive.
Among the football players, the victory in the nomination was won by the midfielder of the Carpathian Lviv Ambrosius Chachua, who played four matches, drawing three goals and two assistants. The Carpathian player received 47% of the vote from fans. Chachua’s rival in the vote were: Facundo Batista “Polesie”, Artem Bondarenko “Shakhtar” and Teddy Tsar “Alexandria”.
The best UPL coach in May was Ruslan Rotan, who coached Alexandria. The specialist received 35% of the vote and ahead of Sergey Shishchenko Obolon, Alexander Maximov “Polissya” and Ruslana Kostyshyn “Kolos”.

- Artem Bondarenko (Shakhtar Donetsk) – 8.7%
- Ambrosiy Chachua (Carpathians Lviv) – 47%
- Tedi Tsar (Alexandria) – 15%

- Sergey Shishchenko (Obolon Kiev) – 11.2%
- Alexander Maximov (Polesie “Zhytomyr) – 21.2%
- Ruslan Kostyshyn (“Kolos” Kovalivka) – 32.6%
- Ruslan Rotan (Alexandria) – 35%
