The injury that destroyed the season: German athlete underwent surgery

Representative of the German Branch of the Ski Dicarlon, Maria Gerbotshe was a terrible injury during the Summer Grand Prix competition in the French Shat.

The athlete injured his knee and could not get up on her own. Medical staff promptly brought Mary to the hospital, from where the athlete was brought to Munich for surgery.

Doctors stated in the coat of arms a rupture of a cruciform ligament, so Mary had to lie under a surgical knife.

According to the doctor of the national team Lucas Pesher, the athlete will start the rehabilitation stage no earlier than two to three months. In the coming season, Maria is unlikely to compete.
