The leader of the Swedish national team, as well as the third biathlete of the World Cup overall, Elvira Eberg will still start at the sixth stage of the CS in Antgolka (Italy). 
A day before the first race, Elvira publicly announced her illness, which interfered with the biathlete’s plans. The Swede planned not to risk her own health and skip the stage, but at the last moment Eberg changed her mind.
Elvira will start the women’s sprint with the 54th starting number. The race will start on January 23 at 3:30 p.m.
We will remind that the national team of Ukraine will be represented in the race by five biathletes, among whom is Anastasiya Merkushina, who returned to the main team after performances at the IBU Cup.
