A football journalist Vladimir Zverov said that at a meeting of club representatives with Catherine MontzulChairman of the UAF Arbitrators Committee, discussed the implementation of judges in the Championship of Ukraine:

“At the meeting of clubs with Kateryna Montzul, the issue of arbitrators rating on the basis of their estimates was raised. The match delegate puts a certain assessment of the referee, it can be, for example, unsatisfactory (2) or good (5).

Later, this rating is proposed to appoint arbitrators in the match on the basis of their estimates. For example, Dynamo – Shakhtar to appoint the best referee to be the first in this rating.

But, very often the word Convention sounded at the meeting. This is a document that does not allow to disclose the assessments that were set by the arbitrators, which is used by FIFA and UEFA. Obviously, we do not wait for this appointment of referees by rating. ”
