Clubs have signed a lease agreement for the 2025/26 season with a mandatory redemption of the player.
The Portuguese Club reached an agreement with Shakhtar Donetsk on the lease of the Ukrainian midfielder for the 2025/26 season for the amount 6.75 million euros.
Agreement includes mandatory redemption of a football player from next season for 20.25 million euros.
In addition, bonuses related to the performance of individual and team tasks, the maximum size of which is 5 million euros.
Thus the total cost of transfer can reach 25.25 million euros.
Benfica will retain the right to hold 5% of the transfer of the selloid mechanism to distribute these funds between the clubs that participated in the preparation of the player.
Shakhtar will receive 25% of Sudakov’s future sale, but the Portuguese club will be able to reduce this percentage to 15% by paying a fixed amount of 6 million euros.
