Head coach of the Ukrainian national team Sergey Rebrov shared his attitude to criticism directed at him.
“You know, I’ve been used to such things for a long time. Lobanovsky once told me: you shouldn’t pay attention to everything around you. We have a lot of “experts” only in words – every fan considers himself an expert and is convinced that he knows how to act. I have been working as a coach for many years, so I will do my best.
When you win, everyone is silent, but you should stumble somewhere, and advice immediately appears. It has long become commonplace. You need to keep focus on your work and results. Both for the national team of Ukraine and for the top clubs with whom I worked, the result was always of key importance,” said Rebrov.
