THE final week of regular action in Premier League Darts is LIVE from Sheffield – and we now know the four for the playoffs!

Nathan Aspinall has booked his place in next week’s finale after downing Michael van Gerwen 6-2 earlier tonight.

Luke Littler had already qualified for the showdown in the capital in first place and is into YET ANOTHER final again tonight having beating Stephen Bunting and then Aspinall.

Luke Humphries – who faces Chris Dobey in the other semi – and Gerwyn Price are also joining the teenage sensation and Aspinall at the O2 next week.

  • Luke Humphries 3-1 Chris DobeyHumphries holds and almost does so in some style!

He wires a dart at bullseye for a 170 – which would’ve been his first in the Premier League this year.

It wasn’t to be but a two-dart combo cleans up the 25 remaining.

  • Luke Humphries 2-1 Chris DobeyHumphries breaks!

And his average is just a little over 114, showing how good a start he’s made here.

With 86 left, his first dart is in the single 18 so will get a dart at bullseye and PINS it!

  • Luke Humphries 1-1 Chris DobeyAnd a routine hold of throw for Humphries in response.

He comes back for 40 with Dobey hitting a 140 to leave 109 after him.

One dart required for Humphries to level it up.

  • Luke Humphries 0-1 Chris DobeyAnd it’s a superb hold of throw to start from Dobey, picking up where he left off from the quarters!

He’s bang under pressure on throw when Humphries is waiting on 80 to see what he does with the 114 left.

And in three darts, he takes out with finishing on tops and he’s ahead.

  • Relaxed again!Big smiles from both men again on stage as they get ready to battle it out for a chance to face Littler later.

Dobey to throw first – GAME ON!

  • Got his numberLittler won all six of the meetings with Aspinall in the Premier League this year.

Aspinall will be pretty glad that Price fumbled earlier tonight, meaning The Asp voids The Nuke in the semi finals next week!

One semi to go – Humphries vs Dobey is next!

  • Littler beats Aspinall to reach another final!Luke Littler 6-4 Nathan AspinallThat really was just two mates up having a throw!

Superb stuff to watch and Littler was again inch-perfect on the outer bull.

He’s 12 from 13 on the doubles technically, but the one he missed was at bullseye!

Aspinall with some great stuff in there too and he’ll be pretty content with his nights work.

  • Luke Littler 5-4 Nathan AspinallNo. His seventh dart is mince and into the 5 bed!

But he looks comfortable in this leg….

  • Luke Littler 5-4 Nathan AspinallSix perfect darts from Littler!

    Could he!?????

  • Luke Littler 5-4 Nathan AspinallSuperb from Littler!

A wry smile on the face of Aspinall who stares down Littler after he picks his darts out the board.

Aspinall left 51 and looks set for a go at it to take a vital break in the match, only for Littler to check out 128 via T18 – T18 – D10.

After all the pressure of the Premier League, it’s great to see two guys out there just having a bit of fun.

  • Luke Littler 4-4 Nathan AspinallFantastic, fantastic darts from Nathan Aspinall and we’re level in this semi final!

Aspinall misses bullseye for a 130 checkout, before Littler has a go at 170 which falls short.

Aspinall missed the bullseye so badly he’s actually left 48, but checks it out with two darts in his next visit.

  • Luke Littler 4-3 Nathan AspinallAspinall breaks!!

He’s back in business and will throw in the next leg to get back level in the match. A fabulous two-dart combo cleans up the 93 he left and that is top class stuff.

  • Luke Littler 4-2 Nathan AspinallBREAKING NEWS – LITTLER MISSES A DOUBLE!

Well, it’s a miss on the bullseye for a 121 checkout.

Aspinall on 32 misses D16 and then hits single 16. So he has to take himself 6ft away from the centre of the oche. Somehow, he sneaks it in and even Littler raises an eyebrow at how he manages that!

  • Luke Littler 4-1 Nathan AspinallTEN OUT OF TEN ON THE DOUBLES!

And that’s done via a superb 110 checkout on tops. Ten doubles on the bounce is just utterly absurd.

Aspinall on 170 just has that face of ‘what can I do?’

  • Luke Littler 3-1 Nathan AspinallLITTLER BREAKS!

He pinches that leg on the Aspinall throw, with The Asp missing darts at D16 and D8 for the hold.

Littler had left 52 again, which seems like he’s meaning it at this point, and takes out via 12, D20. Yet another leg won with one dart at a double.

Nine from nine on the outer ring tonight….

  • Luke Littler 2-1 Nathan AspinallThree legs and three holds and there’s not much in it between these two.

Littler leaves 52 and Aspinall follows behind him to leave 54 and force Littler to take out the 52.

And obviously, Littler takes it out with one dart at double. Eight from eight so far….

  • Luke Littler 1-1 Nathan AspinallGreat darts from Aspinall to level it up at one-each.

A really good 98 sees him leave 12 and force Littler to try and take out 131, which he fails to do.

One dart needed at D6 for The Asp and we’re back all-square.

  • Luke Littler 1-0 Nathan AspinallAspinall throws the first 180 of the match midway through the leg but it’s Littler who leaves 24 to get first go at the doubles.

Aspinall leaves 71 to put a bit of pressure on but Littler takes it out with his first dart to hold throw.

That makes it SEVEN FROM SEVEN on the doubles tonight!

  • Luke Littler 0-0 Nathan AspinallBoth players having a laugh and looking ultra relaxed during their throws before we get going.

Real chilled stuff, so what sort of quality will it produce?

Littler to throw first – GAME ON!

  • First semi upcomingAnd it’s pals Luke Littler and Nathan Aspinall up first.

That defeat for Price meaning these two have actually AVOIDED each other at the 02 next week too!

How will Aspinall fare without that added pressure here….

  • Some night so farLuke Littler’s tremendous display and perfect on the doubles.

Nathan Aspinall securing much-wanted finals spot.

    Luke Humphries charges on.

    Chris Dobey’s sensational comeback.

A real stunning night so far!

  • Top four setThat means Gerwyn Price finishes the Premier League in fourth.

Nathan Aspinall will end the league phase in third – what was all that drama about!?

Luke Littler will play Gerwyn Price in the semi final next week – and it’s Humphries vs Aspinall!

  • Tonight’s semi line-upLuke Littler vs Nathan Aspinall

    Luke Humphries vs Chris Dobey

  • What an unbelievable comeback – Price is OUT!Gerwyn Price 5-6 Chris DobeyI said this match would be over shortly when Price went 3-0 up – how wrong I was!

Genuinely incredible comeback from Dobey who hit EIGHT 180s to win five legs on the spin.

He missed two match darts and let Price in, who then missed D18 and D9 himself for the match.

Dobey comes back needing 40 and takes it via 20, D10 to secure a wonderful fightback and puts him into the semis!

  • Gerwyn Price 5-5 Chris DobeySensational from Dobey – he BREAKS to take us to a decider!

Remarkable comeback from 5-1 down and he’s been top class since then.

He hits five terrific darts from 233 to check the leg out with a T20, D20 finish and take us to a decider.

And he has the darts in this leg!
