According to Revista SEMANA, the football player bought two luxury villas with a total cost of about $11.66 million (€10 million).
The property is located on Nujum, a gated private island in the Red Sea known for its strict privacy and exclusivity. There are only 19 residences on the island, and you can only get there by air or sea.
A number of sources claim the purchase was a joint investment by the couple, but Revista SEMANA insists Ronaldo designed the villas as a personal Christmas gift to the mother of his children.
As of early 2026, Georgina’s real estate portfolio includes: a family villa and private residence in Nujuma Ritz-Carlton Reserve (≈ $10 million), a mansion in Cascais (≈ $40.3 million), a penthouse in Lisbon (≈ $8 million), and properties in Madrid, Madeira and Turin.
In addition to joint assets, Rodriguez is developing his own business – luxury real estate agency Bellhatria in Madrid and hair restoration clinic Insparya.
