Ukrainian skeletonist Vladyslav Geraskevych could not take part in the first race at the 2026 Olympic Games – the IOC disqualified Vladyslav for wearing a “memory helmet”.
The father of Vladyslav Geraskevych, Mykhailo, reacted to the shameful disqualification, who could not hold back tears after the unexpected news of the sportsman’s disqualification.
Earlier, Mykhailo Geraskevych appealed to the newly elected president of the IOC, saying that she and her assistants had forgotten the history of the Olympics.
