Former absolute world champion Oleksandr Usyk stated that he wants to hold a match against Deontay Wilder and does not consider any other candidates.
“This is my priority, the first name. The second option? We don’t even talk about it. There are no other options. Now there is only one person for me – Deontay,” Usyk emphasized.
Previously, the WBC, WBA and IBF heavyweight title holder (over 90.7 kg) Oleksandr Usyk (24–0, 15 KOs) talked about his plans and admitted when he intends to end his professional career. The boxer recently made the WBO title vacant and lost the status of absolute world champion.
