Cyprus “Aris” from Limassol announced the departure of 29-year-old Ukrainian midfielder Viktor Kovalenko from the club.
With the ex-player of the national team of Ukraine, the Cypriots agreed on the early termination of the contract by mutual consent of the parties.
Kovalenko has been playing for Aris since the end of September last year. During this time, the Ukrainian managed to play 6 official matches (174 minutes), in which he did not score goals.
As a reminder, since 2024 Viktor Kovalenko is permanently in the status of a free agent. At first, he was without a club for more than six months after leaving Atalanta, then he got a job at Empoli, but after five months he was again not in demand on the market, until he was called to Aris.
