OFFICIALLY. A specialist who worked at Shakhtar moved to Metalist 1925

Experienced specialist, honored doctor of Ukraine Artur Hlushchenko officially appointed to the position of director of the medical department of Kharkiv “Metalista 1925”. This was reported by the press service of the team.

Born on September 8, 1965. Received higher education at the Donetsk State Medical Institute.

For 29 years, Artur Leonidovych worked in Shakhtar Donetsk, where he headed the medical service of the “Miners”. From March 2018 to July 2021, he was the chief physician of the national football team of Ukraine.

During his career, he completed internships at leading European clubs, such as “Inter”, “Porto”, “Barcelona” and “Chelsea”.

“Metalist 1925” scored 24 points and took the seventh position in the tournament table. They are 11 points behind the leaders, but Mladen Bartulović’s team has yet to play one match – against Rivne “Veres” (not played due to power problems).
