In the quarterfinals Portuguese League Cup Porto sensationally lost to Vitoria Guimarães with a score of 1:3.
Porto opened the scoring in the 8th minute thanks to a goal by Gabriel Veiga, but in the 38th minute Nelson Oliveira converted a penalty to equalize for the visitors (1:1).
Samu put the guests ahead in the 53rd minute, and in the 79th minute Umar Kamara converted a penalty (3:1).
In the semi-finals of the League Cup, Sporting – Vitoria Guimaraes, Benfica – Braga will play.
