Lyudmila Kichenok was eliminated from the Aus Open doubles at the round of 16 stage

Ukrainian tennis player Lyudmila Kichenok completed her doubles performance at the Australian Open 2025.

In the 1/8 finals, the Ukrainian woman and her partner Zhang Haoqing (Chinese Taipei) played against the tandem of Kristina Mladenovych (France) / Zhang Shuai (China).

Both sets ended in favor of the French-Chinese duo: 7:6 (7:3), 6:2.

It was the first meeting of these couples. The game lasted 1 hour 43 minutes.

The winners of the match will play Kateryna Siniakova from the Czech Republic and Taylor Townsend from the USA, seeded at 1st place, in the quarterfinals.
