– How comfortable do you feel working with legionnaires? They definitely do not understand certain nuances that our players know so well. Is it difficult to convey to them not only information, but also the emotions of the head coach?
– For this, there are theoretical classes, interviews and training. In the process of work, the players gradually understand my requirements and emotions better. These nuances improve their effectiveness. In this way, they become better, said Kostyuk.
