Former world champion in super heavyweight Anthony Joshua plans to face the IBF world champion in the next fight. The British boxer is ready to fight Daniel Dubois or Joseph Parker – the name of the opponent depends on who wins on February 22 in Riyadh. 
Eddie Hearn confirmed the plans of his protege: “Joshua’s focus has always been on a rematch with Daniel Dubois. I’m not sure he’ll beat Joseph Parker. But it is important for us to enter the ring against the winner.”
The problem is that the International Boxing Federation (IBF) may not sanction this fight – this was stated by the influential promoter Frank Warren:
“At first, Joshua has to hold an intermediate fight and close the loss against DuBois. The IBF will not allow a boxer to fight for a world title if you lost the last fight,” Warren said.
