The first snap saw Jennifer sitting on some gym equipment while donning some deep purple workout gear.
Her figure was on full display in the skintight yoga pants and plunging sports bra and shrug.
The next snap was of a quote which read, “The goal is simple. Better than yesterday. Every. Single. Day.”
In the third snap, Jennifer was sat on gym equipment again, but this time she opened her legs a little and posed up a storm.
And in the fourth and final snap, J-Lo was still sat upon some gym equipment but this time she lunged to the side.
Fans rushed to the comments to swoon over her, with one writing, “MOTHER you look so good.”
