The head coach of the Ukrainian men’s basketball team, Vitaly Spivakovsky, commented on the team’s preparation for the 2025 European Championship qualification match against the Israeli national team.
“Israel is not only Madar and Sorkin, not only players who play in the EuroLeague. They also have very good basketball players playing in Hapoel. In addition, they brought in American Legion Kadin Carrington, who is having a great season.
They are strong in every position, so we have to focus on our own game first. We need to use our strengths, play well in defense and do 100% what we have prepared. Then the result will be positive,” said Spivakovsky.
Earlier, the player of the Ukrainian national team Bohdan Blyzniuk also commented on the preparation for the match with Israel.
