Vietnam is planned by a five -year pilot football project with one licensed operator.
The Ministry of Finance project envisages an increase in daily limit to 10 million dong ($ 385) and the mandatory use of verified accounts for transparency of transactions.
Only citizens over 21 years of age will be allowed to participate. The rates will only be permitted for the match, except for internal games and cyberfutball.
After the pilot, the authorities will evaluate the results and decide whether to continue the initiative. The project aims to legalize part of the market, limit illegal platforms and provide tax revenues.
